Spring Break Packages markets its spring break, winter break, and high senior grad trips to Cancun, Acapulco, Jamaica, South Padre Island, and Breckenridge, Colorado to high school and college students. Spring Break Packages acts as a Tour Operator, putting together the logistical elements of these trips, including procuring airfare, roundtrip motorcoaches, hotels, side trips, and party package activity packages.

We’re a lean & mean Company – we don’t offer “Office Space” type positions, and nearly all positions are sales-oriented.  On-Site Staff – Hospitality Division – South Padre Island

SBP is seeking many individuals for this exciting opportunity to get paid to work during spring break doing incredibly fun work!  Our Hospitality staff handles customer service, assists with check-in’s and check-in prep work, staffs all of our wild parties, events, and meals, and assists with making sure that our students have the best vacations of their natural lives!

The position provides a low daily pay plus incentives, all meals, and housing. Transportation to the island is provided with a 23 day or longer commitment only.

We require a minimum of a 9 day commitment to be a part of our team in Padre. (Friday-Sunday), although a 2 week commitment or longer is preferred.

This is NOT getting paid to go on spring break, realize…there is some work involved, long hours, but it’s all good & way fun!

On-Site Staff – Promotional Division – South Padre Island

SBP is seeking aggressive, outgoing, energetic, fun, and excited individuals to assist us in the on-site sales of our party packages, party cruises, and mexico side trips. People that aren’t afraid to talk to anyone, are wild & crazy, and take a “no as a “maybe” are ideal candidates.

This is NOT a flyer-whore position, this is direct sales position that involves door knocking & personal sales. A killer attitude is all you need, full training is provided, as well as no competition in respects to our product offerings onsite.

Our parties are the without question the largest parties each night in South Padre, and if you want to be a part of incredible parties, this is you. You’ll be required to work all days you are down, 11 a.m.-8:30 p.m. You’ll never work at night….the BIG benefit here.

SBP provides no base pay; this is commission only (extremely high, by the way), although meals & housing are provided. A minimum of a 15 day commitment is required, anytime from February 26th-April 4th, 2007, although you can stay longer. This position is employment-at-will, in that your ability to stay is performance based.

These are the most sought after positions that we offer!  If you have promotional experience, spring break experience, sales experience, or the right attitude, you can make over $300.00 USD per day at this position.
